The official warranty policy is for the REDMAGIC phones bought from our official website (redmagic.gg) is as follows:

Please note that upgrading or replacing the SSD and RAM modules on REDMAGIC Titan 16 Pro may damage the original factory-installed tamper-evident seals, which will affect the warranty.

SSD: The SSD is secured with screws and has a tamper-evident seal. Any sign of tampering with this seal may void the warranty.

RAM: The RAM modules are installed via a slot mechanism and do not have a tamper-evident seal. However, the RAM modules have material QR codes that can differentiate between factory-installed and non-factory-installed parts.

Maintaining the integrity of these components is essential for preserving your warranty coverage.

No, tax is not included in the price.
We collect tax in advance for phone orders and switch the sales terms from DAP to DDP, which is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port, so as to provide a better purchasing experience for customers. *But for accessory orders, it remains DAP.

We do regular updates every 1-2 months for 2+ years with at least 1 Android OS update (ex. Android 13 to Android 14). Those regular updates include bug fixes, security patch updates, optimization to improve the experience and more.
