The shipment and delivery was very fast and satisfying, the phone's overall performance exceeded my expectations and it so many features I haven't tried yet, it supports metro by T-Mobile which I'm very thankful for. I mostly wanted th phone for it's design and unique cooling system but the phone's software and hardware are both as amazing.
This phone is honestly too good for any mobile games. Ark rust etc run 144 fps smooth. Have yet found a game that cant run or i have to turn graphics down to run. Its literally a pocket pc
Just the lack of QHD+ resolution. Thats the only thing the rest is been amazing comparing it to a s26 ultra. Amazing performance does not drop a beat so far 1 week In

I got this is a gaming phone and it does deliver. It stays cool and is very fast. I was very hesitant as a long time asus ROG owner to make the switch but this phone is truly amazing in every way. Highly recommend.
It's the best phone I ever had it's great for. Gaming i start my session in the morning to the night and it stays 120fps on call of duty mobile the whole time

When I started setting up my REDMAGIC 11s pro I felt almost out of my depth but once I started playing it was like I was on my Xbox series X, the quality of the games and just how well the phone handled the games literally took me by surprise and the battery life even blew me out of the water. I passed out installing packs for pubg and woke up 7hrs later and still had 30% battery power, and the fan 100% kept the phone from blowing up next to my head. If I am one of your winners for your new astra 2 tablet I would be over the moon in dream land, your products leaves nothing but one desire and even then it’s not even a big problem(certain network providers do not support your devices unfortunately but T-Mobile is one that does) other than that I have only one thing left to say, thank you REDMAGIC team from the bottom of my heart for making a device for gamers who want the most from their games.

It's been about a week and so far it's been a flawless user experience. This phone is a genuine evolutionary milestone for mobile devices all together.
Red magic as a whole was not on my radar. A friend told me about the months ago and I was ready to buy one. As soon as the 11 pro s came out I did in fact purchase it 😁
I made the switch from iPhone to android and absolutely love it. The phone itself day to day is amazing. Extremely long battery life with tons of everyday features. It's pedigree speaks for itself. I never gamed on my phone before and now I'm obsessed. I got all the extras like the cryo cooler and controller, outstanding products. The customer service has been great so far. I reached out regarding questions and amending my order, fast responses and resolved my inquiries. 10/10 earned a life long customer, I can't wait for their new laptop to come out to I can get one.
The highest quality cellular devices I've ever seen & used! It runs whatever you throw at it with ease. It can still get hot but that's only if you like torching your devices.

Phone looks great, run great. Love that it is very unique compare to everyone else's phone. But the first message I got after putting my sim card into the phone is from the carrier saying that my phone will run but won't take advantage of the 5G speeds from US.
Great phone, wuthering waves run on ultra, amazing battery, not too heavy despite the cooling system. Only cons is the Verizon limited support.
This is the first time Ive splurged on a gaming phone and this one was worth it. Speed, graphics, battery life at all amazing, and I love the Blade accessory (just wish it integrated with more of my games I'm looking at you Honkai). The maglock charge is a little slow but that's really the only complaint I have so far. Would really love to see some more case options too, maybe a sweet collab. Looking out for it
could use some features from asus zenfones, like hiding or locking apps, display sleep timer 'never' setting, renaming app icons, holding square button to enter split screen, more than 16 volume levels.
for newer phones itd be great to have more exterior color options, maybe for the liquid cooling as well. and a notification light.

This is not my first Redmagic device, the others have been flawless, and this new 11s pro is no different. The battery lasts forever, way better cameras than previous gens, great screen, amazing case design and lighting. Newest chip sets and plenty of ram, the liquid cooling is pretty awesome. I'm beyond satisfied with the device. 😎
Signal quality not as good vs other phones on multiple networks.
The only complaint I have is I didn't realize it came with a case and bought one. If I would have known I would have bought screensavers instead. My fault not y'all's. Great phone
